Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be issued based on the date and time of cancellation received by Tamarindo Surf Academy.

• Full refund: If cancellation is made 72 hours before the tour.
• 50% refund: If cancellation is made between 72 and 24 hours before the tour.
• No refunds: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, no-shows, or unused portions of packages.

Tamarindo Surf Academy reserves the right to cancel activities due to inclement weather. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule their activity or receive a full refund.

Processing times for refunds are approximately two weeks.
